The National Centre of Seismology took to their official handle on X to inform about the earthquake in Maharashtra. Reportedly, the quake originated at 19.48 Latitude and 77.30 Longitude, at a depth of 10 kilometer.
Minutes after the first quake, tremors of magnitude 3.5 on the Richter scale were felt in the same region. The second earthquake jolted Hingoli in Maharashtra at about 6:19 AM.
